Definitions

"Customer" is the purchaser of the Products that holds the status of consumer, meaning natural and legal persons who make the purchase and act for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity; "Prices" are the costs of the Products indicated on the site; "Delivery costs" are the costs of shipping the Products; "Promotions" are sales made by Doweedo on special terms for all or part of the Products and for limited periods of time; "Cart" is the virtual container on the site of the Products selected by the Customer for purchase; "Terms of sale" are the rules listed here that govern the relationship between the Customer and Doweedo for the purchase of the Products. "Delivery": delivery times fall within a range from a minimum of 1 days to a maximum of 10 working days.

Object

These Terms of Sale govern the relationship between the Customer and Doweedo for the purchase of Products on the Site. The Customer is required to read carefully the Terms and Conditions of Sale that Doweedo makes available to him also in order to allow him to reproduce and store the aforementioned Conditions in compliance with the provisions of art. 12, co. 3 ° of Legislative Decree no. 70/2003.

Product information

All products sold by Doweedo are strictly for personal use. Large-scale growers or commercial operations are prohibited from placing orders online. We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we suspect the term has been violated. Our products have no medicinal value. Our products cannot be used as drugs or substitutes for prescribed or non-prescribed medicines. Doweedo and its employees try to be as precise as possible. However, Doweedo does not warrant that product descriptions, information provided through this website or its employees by telephone, e-mail or other types of communication are accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date or error-free. How to purchase

To purchase the Products, the Customer will have to register by entering their personal details, following the instructions provided by the registration program, and will have to fill in and send to Doweedo the purchase order form in electronic format available on the site, following the instructions contained in the Site. Purchase orders must be exactly filled out in their entirety. The Customer must insert the selected Product (s) in the specific "Shopping Cart" and, after viewing and accepting the contribution for the delivery costs, will be able to proceed with the purchase. Should the Customer need to modify the purchase order or to modify some data contained therein, he must follow info@doweedo.it Once this operation has been completed, the Customer will see a screen containing the summary of the purchase order, including delivery costs, with a request for further confirmation of the purchase procedure. After viewing the summary, the customer must select the type of payment desired and "click" the "Make Order" button.

Conclusion of the contract

With the confirmation of the purchase order by the Customer, the conditions of sale and the additional information contained on the site will be considered fully known and accepted by the Customer. The Order Confirmation by Doweedo sent to the Customer at the indicated email address will constitute acceptance of the contractual proposal. The contract will be concluded, and will be binding for both parties, when the Order Confirmation is sent to the Customer. The Order Confirmation sent by Doweedo's email will contain the indication of the Product / s purchased; the indication of the price; payment methods; of delivery costs. After the payment you will receive an e-mail that will notify you of the receipt of the payment and from that moment will decorate the timing for the preparation and shipment of your order; Should our staff find errors in your order or consider your order to be non-viable within the times and in the manner required, you will be given timely notification, which will indicate your order as REFUSED, should you receive such a message, please contact us at email address info@doweedo.it. After 31 days from the creation of the order, the order will be automatically deleted from the system only after these have expired. The Customer is not entitled to damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to people and / or things caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order or cancellation due to failure to payment within the established deadline. In the product catalog published on the Doweedo website the availability of the products, even being constantly updated, may undergo variations not in real time and without notice. You are purchasing products that can be viewed and described on our site and you accept that the images of the products may not be perfectly representative of its features but may differ in color and its nuances, dimensions or accessory products shown in the figure.

Payment

Product prices are expressed in Euros and include all applicable taxes and / or duties; The prices of the Products do not include the Delivery costs, the amount of which will in any case be indicated to the Customer in the summary of the purchase order; The price of the Product will be the one indicated on the site at the time of the order. Therefore, they will not be able to detect any price increases or decreases, even in correlation to promotional sales before or after the purchase order; The customer can choose between two payment methods: by bank transfer and via the Welpay system. Doweedo does not accept other unspecified forms of payment.

Shipments

Shipping by express courier throughout Italy, our priority is your privacy, every package travels in anonymous envelopes without references to the content. We ship by express courier 24-48h in Italy, in an anonymous and tracked package. At the time of the order you will receive an email containing the link to track your package. The delivery of the products will be carried out by courier and the times will vary according to the destination, the moment in which the order will be acquired and the availability of the Product itself. For available goods, delivery will normally take place within the times indicated. Doweedo is not responsible for any delays due to unforeseen events beyond its responsibility. Our system will calculate your shipping costs based on some parameters dictated by national and international couriers and you can check the cost of your shipment at the end of completing your order by reading the summary under "Shipping". Please carefully check the order summary and the costs listed to avoid problems of various kinds before sending your order and above all BEFORE PAYMENT. Delivery times after shipment and any delays do not depend on Doweedo, which nonetheless undertakes to mediate and try to resolve any delivery problems with the courier. The Customer, by accepting our terms of use, exempts the Doweedo from any responsibility in this regard. Doweedo assumes no responsibility for goods held or held by third parties, including customs authorities or law enforcement agencies in your country.

Right of withdrawal

- According to the articles 64 and following of the Consumer Code, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason. To this end, it must send notice to Doweedo via certified e-mail or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, to be sent within 3 working days of receipt of the Products. - The return of the Products subject to withdrawal must be made, at the expense of the Consumer, by courier of his choice. - In order to validly exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must comply with the following conditions and methods: - the withdrawal can also be applied limitedly to the single Products subject to a single Contract of Sale, without prejudice to the fact that the Consumer cannot exercise the withdrawal limited to a part of the single Product purchased; - all the Products for which the Consumer has exercised the right of withdrawal must be integral as the original packaging, complete in all its parts including the packaging material, any seals affixed, as well as any ancillary documentation; - if the Product for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised is damaged to Doweedo, it will be required exclusively to notify the Consumer in order to allow him, where possible, to exercise his right of recourse against the courier chosen for the product returns; - Doweedo will not be liable under any circumstances for damage, theft or loss of returned Products until they are returned. Any risk will therefore be the sole responsibility of the Consumer. - Doweedo has the right to withdraw from each Contract of Sale concluded by the Customer or the Consumer, giving the same written communication via e-mail and registered letter with return receipt, as well as not accepting any Order from users or Customers that we have carried out behaviors not regular, we have not accepted the Products purchased on delivery, are suspected of behavior contrary to the law.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

The contract between Doweedo and the Customer is governed by Italian law. In the event of a disservice or dispute between Doweedo and the Customer, the Judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer will be competent if located in the territory of the Italian State. For Clients domiciled in European Union countries, Articles 15-17 Reg. 44/01 EU.
